Attorney Samantha Knobbe graduated from law school in 2012 and is a licensed attorney in the state of Arizona.  Prior to law school, she graduated from Arizona State University in 2008 with B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications with a specialty in Public Relations.  She interned at Allstate Insurance and worked for an insurance agent at State Farm before studying law at St. Thomas University.

Prior to joining the team at Hutzler Law and Gurion Legal, Samantha practiced criminal defense for approximately 9 years.  Samantha specialized in the representation of Minors who had been charged with serious adult felony cases.  She has experience representing adult and juvenile clients in all types of felonies including first and second-degree murder, manslaughter, vehicular homicide, aggravated assault, armed robbery, drug cases, domestic violence, and sex crime cases.

Given Samantha’s expertise in some of the most complex felony cases, her skills and experience as a litigator have helped her transition into the complex nature of the personal injury and civil litigation.

Samantha handles a variety of personal injury cases including wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, and dog bites.  Samantha has a reputation for having a client-centered approach and a no stone left un-turned style of investigation.  Samantha is a tenacious advocate for her clients.  While she has an abundance of courtroom experience, she is also a skilled and experienced negotiator who prides herself in obtaining favorable results for her clients.

Samantha Knobbe was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona.  She moved to Miami, Florida for law school where she studied and lived for 3 years.  While in law school she also lived in Spain for a summer where she studied international law.  She is the daughter of a retired Phoenix firefighter and schoolteacher.  She ran track and cross country at Arizona State University where she was a scholar-athlete award winner.  She still enjoys running but now prefers yoga.  She loves music, art, fashion, and travel.
